Nagisa Gumi Gold Batch Shirogane Maji (Tamotsu Ishibashi) has returned to his hometown of Nagisa after a successful stint in the Kazengumi. The Nagisa territory, which is located in the neighbourhood next to the Shuyukai, is in a state of crisis. However, the newly released Nagisa clan chairman, Isaburo Foragi, does not take kindly to this and interferes with Serious in any way... and the all-out war between the Shuyukai and the Nagisa clan begins!
